do u think this is a healthy meal?

Im makeing fish with ausparagus and bressle sprouts, i have lemon on the fish with lemon pepper and a hint of garlic, the vaggies are suetaed (sp) with a lil garlic and salt!

  • Sauteed, (just to help, not snarky) and yes. Make sure you let the brussel sprouts carmelize.

  • The fish is really healthy. I don't like asparagus, myself, but any veggie is good for you. I usually steam the brussel sprouts and then shake a little parmesan cheese on them after serving them.
    It sounds very healthy!

  • Very healthy! Sounds great to me except brussel sprouts, I've tried them and i can't stomach them. Will your kids eat of that though? My son would like the fish but that would eat the girls wouldn't touch any of it likely.

  • lol no this is just for me, im the only one that would eat it.....i take that back, my daughter would but they already had dinner and are in bed, thanks loveing lol
