Yes, but I didn't really commit. I tried the ab workout and ended up hurting my back. They have you lay flat on the floor with your legs spread and then they ask you to sit up fast with your arms strait out and touch your toes. It hurt my lower back BAD!! Anyways, it's pretty good, it's just not that great for beginners that don't really work out you know what I mean?
