What are some great exercises for your butt and thighes??

  • Lunges and squats, like with a yoga ball or even against a wall with your kids med size rubber cheapie balls.

  • I don't know the technical term for it, but I call it the invisible chair. Just "sit" up straight against a wall with your knees bent for as long as you can take it. Flexing your glutes while doing this helps too.
