What do you do when you can't get back to sleep?

DD woke me up at 3am this morning for a drink.....so I got up and got her one, and COULD NOT get back to sleep! I've been lagging all day long! I layed there the whole time hoping, wishing and praying i'd be able to fall asleep....but no luck! UGH! What do you do when you can't sleep?

  • I haven't had this problem either. DS has been sleeping through since 6 months, and I'm REEEEEALY hoping it stays that way! I just zonk out, and I'd be afraid I wouldn't hear him!
