I love baking pumpkin muffins with cream cheese frosting. It's an old recipe from my Gram. They are so moist and yummy! :)

  • I enjoy cooking cabbage rolls and my sister says mine are better then my moms. You boil a head of cabbabge and make up some rice. Mix the rice with ground beef and egg and parsley and salt and pepper. Then you wrap that mixture up in a cabbage leaf and fill the crock pot and you put a can of diced tomatoes on top and cook it for the rest of the day on high. Yum! It's my favorite meal, but DH doesn't like it :(

  • i just love to cook period. one of my favorites is peanut butter cookies. and i just made some really awesome salsa...

    the salsa is super easy:
    1 jalapeno
    1 serano pepper
    1 anahiem pepper
1 lrg. can of diced tomatoes
    1 small yellow onion
    1/2 bunch of cilantro

put it all in the blender until the chunks are gone, (remove seeds from peppers for less heat before blending) salt to taste!

  • i also have this dish that i made up it's a type of chicken bake (really quick, easy, and yummy!)

put a layer of cooked white rice in a casserole dish
put a layer of spaghetti sauce on top of that
next put a layer of shredded cooked chicken
then a layer of shredded cheddar cheese on top

then put it in the oven at about 400 degrees and bake it long enough for the cheese to melt (10-15mins)
    my whole family loves it!

  • I like to cook with chicken. My five year old loves my rotisserie chicken, so I make it several times a month. I also use the leftovers to make soup, tacos or enchiladas, or chicken salad. Everyone loves my caramel. It tastes really good but it is such a pain to make. I love eating it, but I will only make it if someone begs me to.
