i have a weird tightening in my chest...

it's constant i dont know. i took a tums and i think that is when it started.. but i could be wrong and i am starting to get slightly dizzy... but i get like that sometimes.. since i found out i was pregnant my world has been turned upside down.. like i'm sick all the time. has anyone had a weird reaction from tums? has anyone gotten randomly dizzy while pregnant? if the symptoms went anywhere up or down or something i would go to the hospital but it seems to be a constant thing should i be scared?

  • Drink Water/relax
Get up from sitting or laying very slowly
Make sure you eat, even if you puke it up, it only takes 2 hours for the nutrients to get in your body...nurse told me that
tums didn't do it for me at all
    Try eating more protein
