  • Eat and sleep. Currently my 17 month old is eating more than my 8 y/o and neither of them are overweight. 17 m/o is taking 2-3 naps a day and sleeping through the night.

  • My son eats lots and regardless of growth spurt just sleeps for about 8 hours - 10 hours. He always has tonnes of energy and spends most of his time running around in the garden and then I take him on long walks everyday! I don't think he sleeps less...maybe a bit more when he is spurting.
