Twilight the movie - Did You Let Your Kids See This?

I did not let my kids see this movie series, read the books or buy any promo material such as shirts, notebooks, etc.
Just wondering if you let your kids see this?

  • There is no way I would even watch it cuz of the spirituality in it. Is one of those things "despised" by God & I know is NOT the popular way of thinking, but I definitely strongly that we should not be exposing our kids to these types of things.

  • I think it would be helpful if everyone put the ages of their children when they answer... it does make a difference.

  • 15 yr old daughter hated the book, didnt even finish it. I think that may have been the first time she didnt finish a book.
13 yr old son wants nothing to do with it.
9 yr old daughter saw the movies and loved them.

  • My son has seen bits and pieces of it when I watch it. He's too young to read so that's moot but he has seen trailers and other promotional material. It has not damaged him in any way. There is more on regular t.v. I don't want him to see than on Twilight.
