  • don't smoke, don't drink alcohol., eat healthy, don't over eat (the whole "eating for two" is just an excuse for some to eat whatever they want, IMO)

  • Being able to spell it. LOL No really, there are no rules really. Youshould go to your Dr on the schedule they give you and make sure you are reading so you know whats going on.

  • Your doctor will tell you what you can and can't do. If you have a high risk pregnancy or certain pre-existing medical conditions you may be more restricted--so it's really a case by case situation.

In general....don;t drink alcohol, don't smoke, eat healthy, exercise, don't gain more than 35 pounds--unless you're having multiples, don't stress yourself out, and heed your doctor's advice! :o)

  • good prenatal care, vitamins, healthy diet, high fiber and iron. Don't drink, don't smoke, no raw fish, or meats, no deli meats, nothing that has raw egg in it- many salad dressings have this so be mindful of that, no soft cheeses like brie or blue cheese, no ibuprofen or pretty much anything else as far as over the counter or prescription meds besides tylenol and run everything else by your doctor before taking. No using jacuzzi's, or baths higher than I think 100 degrees, no dangerous or risky behavior/sports/activities. umm, that's all I can think of off the top of my head.
