  • No processed food, no sugar, only fresh produce, whole gains, legumes, eggs, and nuts... lots of water. and exercise. It's not complicated.

  • i started exercising, i was in the army and that came naturally and plus i had always been skinny. Now i am fat i went from 120 to 175 in a year, it's hard to loose weight but if you stick to a daily workout plan you can get to the weight you always wanted!

  • Not complicated, but hard nonetheless. I'm not back at mine either. Hang in there, mama, it takes time, and for me, eating healthy ALL THE TIME!, but eventually, it'll be second nature! Good luck!

  • I have not gotten there yet but I have been losing weight. I cut out all soda, juice any drinks with sugar in them, I drink Lot's of water and black coffee, I picked one day a week that I can eat sweets, which is Friday and that's the only day I eat sweets, I don't eat after 8 and work out 15 minutes a day.

  • Well, I gained 50 lbs, and lost 43 of it within 3 weeks. I still have seven left...9 months later, lol! I'm working on it, but I'm not doing very well, obviously. I just took my son for a jog in his stroller. I'm hoping starting to jog again will do the trick.

  • I would start with simple changes.
    Don't buy junk food
Walk, or do other exercise, for at least 20 minutes a day, at least 3 times a week.
Make sure that you are drinking enough water, at least 8 8oz glasses a day.
Eat an apple or big pile of veggies before meals.
Eat 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, in at least 3 different colors.
Eat 5-6 servings of whole grains a day.
Eat at least two servings of legumes a day.
Cut way back on, or eliminate, meat and dairy.
