  • Yep from your breast changing. It is totally normal and ANNOYING! I used Eucerine original lotion. You know the one that is like paste and comes in a tub. The generic at walmart is great and is much cheaper. That helped a lot.

  • OMG, I so totally remember the itchy nippples, it was awful!!! Trying to itch them by inconspicuously rubbing your arm on them while in public, lol....I don't know what they were about, but I had them something good. You just want to take a piece of sand paper and scrub them with it, lol.

  • your breast are preparing for breastfeeding and they are getting bigger, therefore stretching. this makes them dry, get one of the moisturizing balms for breastfeeding. they are for chapped, tender nipples. i prefer the gerber brand.

  • Don't use soap on them
    Get some coconut oil; it will also be good for nursing, and you won't have to wash it off.
