  • Pudding with strawberries for dipping. Frozen grapes. Cold watermelon with a squirt of lemon or lime juice. Peeled and sliced apples with peanut butter, covered with plastic wrap and microwaved for 1 minute.

  • I freeze yogurt. At walmart you can buy these little popsicle things, there are 4 and they are $2. Way cheaper than anything out there from Tupperware! And buy a big jug of yogurt and freeze them. My son eats about 2 a day. They are only a few spoon fulls so they aren't the same size serving as a children yogurt. And way cheaper than buying single sized yogurts and freezing them!
