  • I have read that CD kids tend to potty train earlier. Disposables pull the moisture away with the chemicals in them, whereas the moisture is still in the cloth with CD so they know when they are wet easier. I'm not to that point yet though, so I don't have any personal experience.

  • That is what everyone told us. My daughter was tying her shoes and reading before she was out of diapers. It may be generally true, I can only provide anecdotal evidence.

  • I do not know for sure, but when I switched over the cloth diapers with my 16 months old here recently, he started to realize when he's wet, where as before he didn't.
