  • MIne is grown, and I didn't have a problem with bedtime . but if I were you I would do this : he or she goes to bed as ask . you read to them a story or sing a song. then kiss and them them you love them . leave the nightlight on and leave the room . they are allowed to have one stuffed animal or doll to sleep with . they can talk in a quiet voice to the stuffed animal or doll but can not get out of bed or call out to you . also check the room at night and make sure no strange shadows are coming into their room and scaring them , this could be a open closet door , a tree branch outside , ask them why they don't want to go to bed?

  • Never really had this problem. Having a routine from the start helped.
