  • I let my girls give me extra cuddles and I smother them in kisses!There's something to be said about children's affection.It really calms me and gives me a different perspective on my problems.:0)

  • Hot baths with lavender essential oil. Peppermint tea, and of course a massage.

  • Timely question for me. I'm dealing with some real anxiety- new for me. I always feel better in the water, so I take long showers. I'm thinking of journaling, too.
