    Meditation is: an excellent stress reliever, an excellent way to have and keep a clear mind, a fabulous way to stay centered and grounded, and an amazing way to deal with problems and find solutions.

  • As in sitting cross legged and saying ommm? No. But I do pray and I feel like that is a way of meditating.

  • Try to everyday, but doesn't always happen and I can definitely tell if I have gone more then one day without. It is a great stress reliever and if you are religious a great way to connect to your diety/dieties.
