  • I was put on Clomid and forced to start my period and ovulate. That was after 7 years of infertility and 8 years of no periods at all.

  • There isn't one really, you can try natural estrogen plants like sweet potato or cinnamon. Clomid if your TTC, or birth control if you just want a regular period.

  • my Dr gave me provera (NOTthe depo shot) its a 10 day pill cycle, after which you should start your period. i did but didn't ovulate. that was after 5 months of no period.
    then there is this supplement called vitex (which is sold at GMC) that if you take should help regulate you. i took and and had some of the worst headaches with it, but not all people do.
