Sooo..what can I do with a single banana pepper?

As I said in my other post..I was able to pick a banana pepper out of the garden yesturday. But now that its picked and sitting there on the counter..I have no clue what to make with it? lol. If we had several more I would do some stuffed banana peppers..but there is just this lonely one.
What do I do with it? I don't want it to just go to waste! Its out first pepper, lol. :)

  • Eat it! We had the same trouble when we had our garden. We'd have 95 green onions, 3 pieces of okra a week, LOL, and our tomatoes never produced. I think we had 1-2 squash, but it was hard not to waste them, because there wasn't enough to do anything with. I know what you mean, mama.

If you want to "share", chop on top of a salad.
