How do I get to sleep?

I have had sleep issues all my life - sleeping talking and walking. With my adult life came insomnia. It has now escalated to me walking in a fog most of the week till I pass out from exhaustion. I have tried sleeping pills and they make the sleep walking worse. I need ideas on how to get more sleep and better quality of sleep.

  • I find that when I get some good exercise in during the day that I sleep better at night.

  • i have so problems like that i try and drink this sleepy time tea it works some times or my xanxe works well too good luck and sleep good

  • try working out for 45min a morning, I know that sounds weird, but try it.
