wills-

not a pleasant topic I know, but I'm looking to get my living will and regular will written out.
I was planning to start with writing out my wishes and so on, then having it notarized.
then going the more formal route with the long drawn out process with a laywer and all that.

does anyone know of site to go to for papers for direction on living wills and such?
if you google it all you get is links to site of lawyers trying to sell you something.
anyone?

  • We both have a living will... And a general will.

We had ours drawn up by our attorney.

  • I would ask around to relatives of friends who you may think or know that has done all that and get a referral for a lawyer.

  • requirements for a valid will vary state to state - have a simple will drawn up by an attorney.
