How does everyone like it and have you seen any weight loss with adding this to your diet for those who don't get enough in their diet like me? I have a whole bottle of it and want to see if it will help me with weight loss with the some activity I'm already doing.

  • I used it for a few days and didn't notice any change in my digestion. I recently was told that those type of fibers are that great for you since they aren't the natural fiber you get from fiber rich foods. Basically any food product where they alter, take out, and put stuff back in isn't the best choice. The closer it is to it's natural state the more benefit you'll get from having it your diet.
