Taking a 7-hour overnight flight. Any tips for falling asleep?

  • Ear plugs........and get a window seat if you can so no one is crawling over you (of course then you might have to crawl over someone). Don't have any alcoholic drinks thinking it will help you go to sleep. Try to acclimate immediately to whatever time it is where you are going. Hope it's for fun......enjoy!

  • I've never done this but maybe some earplugs or an I-Pod with some soothing music to help you fall asleep and not hear all the noise around you.

  • Take some dramamine or benadryl about half an hour before takeoff. You'll be asleep in an hour. Have a good trip. :-)
