What can I fix for dinner for my husband?

I need a recipe or some ideas on what I can fix for dinner tonight. It will be just for my husband because my son and I will be going to dinner with my parents and my husband has to be at work at 7. Any suggestions?

  • These are some of my husbands favorites: How about Grilled BBQ chicken on salad. Has:corn, black beans, lettuce, fried onion, and tomatoes. Also for the dressing you can take half ranch and half BBQ. Delicious.

Also: Grilled portabella sandwhichs: spinach, mozz, chibatta bread (or any firm bread), tomato, roasted red peppr and flavored mayo

Or: sausage shells. Mix sausage, ricotta, egg, parm and stuff into cooked jumbo shells, cover with sauce (red pepper sauce is awesome) and top off with mozz and parm. YUM bake for 40 min at 350. Or:

He loves a simple meatloaf with half ketchup and half brown sugar mixture drizzled on top.
