  • My family and another family took a weekend trip this past weekend, I cooked all the meals: I bought bulk at costco for 14 people. The first night for dinner we had grilled bbq chicken breast with rice pilaf and corn on the cob, saturday morning (well we were out and about, let everyone eat what they wanted for breakfast (cereal because most of them were kids/teenagers) but you can do a continental breakfast (muffins, toast, eggs), lunch we bought deli meat (ham and turkey with all the trimmings, buffet style), dinner I bbq'd burgers and hot dogs with chips on the side, sunday morning I made french toast, eggs and bacon. Good luck momma, you have your hands full!

  • Soup, you can cook rice with vegetables inside and chicken inside , make sure the chiken is all in little pieces, and everithing cutted small put onions, tomato carrots, green and red peppers, garlic, chicken ( boil it with the veggies and in the same broth cook the rice, add some cabagge in small pieces, you can add sausages.... all in one caserole . Or you can make pasta. boil the ppasta and have in different plates the different toppings, like alfredo, in other cheddar ( for macaroni and chese) tomato tradicional, and have in a bowl chicken or sausages to put on top.
