i get sick when i drink milk

ever since i got pregnant, if i drink milk i throw it up. i can eat some icecreams but not any kind idk what to do . i need my calcium. i do eat cheese but i run out fast and it makes me constipated.

  • i couldnt drink enough either my doc said to take 2 calcium pills a day

  • Pregancy des weird things to a body. Just make sure youre taking your prenatal vitamins..that will help.
    Instead of milk and a whole bunch of constipating cheese,try some yogurts and cottage cheeses.
    With my first..I couldnt eat any beef...and I LOVED steak..I even tossed my cookies on my dinner plate after a bite of filet mignon at a fancy restaraunt!!!!

  • Have you tried any of the soy milks?? Or lactaid??? If you can't tolerate anything-check with your OB-she'll prob recommend a supplement.

  • You can take calcium supplements or tums with calcium. There are a lot of veggies that you can get calcium from as well.

  • i think spinach has calcium in it. if not it's really good for you anyway!

  • I believe you will find thee are many sources of calcium that are not dairy...I would google sources of calcium...thinking broccoli.
