Do you have any good tips for coping with insomnia?

I suffer from insomnia. For some reason it has been worse lately than usual. I already take meds, but they do not always work 100%. I'm wondering if anyone else suffers from insomnia and, if so, what do you do to deal with it? Do you have any tried and true methods for getting to sleep?

  • Get a good workout everyday and stay off the caffeine.

  • I read that having a specific time to wake up, like 6am everyday helps insomnia.
