Saggy arms? Do they ever get toned just like it used to be pre-kids???

I'm lean but have saggy arms when I hold my arms up and shake it, it kinda flaps around! absolutely hate it.

  • oh and playing baseball helps! i've been playing since i had baby and it does wonders! workouts arent %100 if you dont make it a lifestyle. try sports like tennis or badminton. it should help too!

  • woah! really? I'll try to open the wii fit that we have at home. I think it came with the wii? I'll check tomorrow. I tried resistance bands, push ups, pushing yourself up backwards from a table but maybe I'm not doing it often enough.
