  • EAT FRESH AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

    Salt is in canned foods, packaged foods, frozen, etc.

  • Be careful not to cut too much of it out, your body still needs some. Ask your doctor for advice on how much is needed for each person in the family. I was so concerned about limiting our salt intake that I was almost hospitalized for dehydration a few weeks ago.
