Do you prefer working out outside or inside?

I'm an outdoors girl. I love the sun in my face and the fresh air.

  • Inside. And I love the outdoors. But like days like today where I guess the heat index will be 100 degrees, I would want to work inside!!!

  • I like both, but basically would love to have a day off.

  • Hey I used to be so jealous of those lucky people who work outdoors in the summer. But when it came to winter my hear t went out for them. The are freezing and can't warm up. Those horrible rainy days still have to work outdoors:( It's much better to be indoors! Sit near the window and enjoy the sun!

  • Inside. It is way too hot here during the summer.

  • I also do both, but being inside gives me no excuses, like rain or bad weather!

  • I prefer inside. I wouldn't want to subject anyone to my jiggle:)

  • I do both depending on the weather, I absolutely can not work out if I'm too hot, so I love running in the spring and fall outside, we have a great walking park by us with a perfect trail.... but for summer and winter I do the gym. I'm much more productive there... something about a room full of people to hold me accountable, lol.

  • If I said outside it would probably be because I am not outside..

I think I will stick with inside, they have to deal with all sorts of weather-hot-cold-ice cold-snowy, eeeeewwwwwww

I feel bad for the out door people. If there not sweating, they are freezing...

  • Inside. It is WAY too hot and muggy outside. If I lived somewhere cooler I know I'd hike more and walk more. I love being outside when it isn't like stepping in to a sauna.
