chicken

I have boneless skinless chicken breast they are like strips and i need some ideas of what to make with them. Any ideas?

  • I would bread them and fry them. Then serve with mac & cheese an d a green veggie. Add some dipping sauces on the side. And maybe biscuits too.

  • Chicken with pasta and garlic, olive oil.

    Chicken stripes breaded with pasta on the side, or mash on the side, or salad on the side.

    Chicken sauteed with onions, peppers, mushrooms and what ever else you like with a side salad.

    Chicken with bbq sauce on a bun with french fries...

  • stir fry: with veggies in olive oil, garlic and maybe a little worcestershire sauce, can serve with rice or noodles.

  • You can bread them and bake them, serve them over pasta with a marinara sauce, mozzerella, parmesan cheese and make a kind of chicken parmesan. I make that sometimes. It's usually a hit.

  • Orange glazed chicken tidbits
    1/4 c reduced calorie orange spread
    2 T soy sauce
    1/2 t ground ginger
    1/8 t garlic powder
    1- 5 oz chicken breast
    Mix marinade and marinade chicken for 30 minutes, broil 5 min, baste, broil 5 minutes more
