What is one meal you know your picky eater preschool will eat for dinner?

Just looking for other ideas. My daughter is almost 5 and I am trying to encourage her to try other things besides chicken nuggets.

  • Mine will eat anything. I started early with eat it or be hungry. I would start slow and maybe add one 'new' item at a time and require a 'no thank you' bite to earn seconds of a fav.

  • there really isn't anything that i can be sure he will eat for dinner. usually he will eat spaghetti, baked chicken legs, tortillas (w/ beans, cheese, and peppers but he just eats the cheese mostly), eggs, pizza. he mostly likes snack foods so he will eat his snacks great but not his meals. snacks he loves wheat bagels, yogurt, bananas, apples, cheese and crachers, pb&j....
