  • Any group that is limited to supporting one race is to a degree racist.

  • I think any organization devoted to a single race is racist. It either denigrates other races, or condescendingly implies the race it is devoted to is incapable of succeeding without it's help and support.

  • Yes, I do.

Do you think that a group called NAAWP would be allowed to exist? Of course not. It would be declared racist and exclusive, which it would be.

  • This is the irony of our anti-discrimination world: those who have most recently been discriminated against are given the freedom to practice things that would be considered discrimination if done by other groups. I don't really know about the NAACP, I'm not familiar enough with their activities. I do think, though, that sometimes efforts made to protect people who are "discriminated against" (whether in reality or perception) tend to promote and drag out discrimination by drawing attention to it or turning it around the other way.

  • If everyone is suppose to be treated equally ...and you treat certain ones special...it kind of defeats the purpose... right?? So in a way..yes it is.

  • Of course it is. It favors one race over all the others, which is totally racist.
