  • Yes! Yes! If I could get a job and he would do everything I do I would be in heaven. Never worry about if the bills are paid, clean clothes, towels, a full roll of toilet paper; meals would be prepared without my help and the kitchen cleaned afterward in case I wanted a snack. My favorite treats stocked. Gas in the car, clean floor, clean toilet, tub. I could come home, drop my dirty clothes on the floor, play with the kid and watch whatever I wanted on TV. Yes! Yes! Yes!!!!!

  • If I can make good money and he can deal with all the household stuff and the kids when they're off, sure. But he couldn't handle it.

  • I would LOVE for my DH to be a SAHD. My teacher salary alone wouldn't cut it out here unfortunately.

  • Yes, I think he'd be a wonderful SAHD.

  • Absolutely! Then maybe he would appreciate what I go through on a daily basis. I honestly dont think he would be able to handle it though

  • Well I'm already a SAHM and he has a great job, so in my case, NO. I'm not going to go out and look for a job where I won't make a fraction of what he's making so that he can stay home. Plus all he would do is play his Battlefield 2 game and he would ignore the NO I would not be ok with that.

  • If I had a stable job that could support a family, and if I had a husband, I would tell him that he makes me laugh and if anyone is going to stay home its going to be me lol. But if he gets laid off or disabled or really wants to spend time with my babies, then sure. He'll regret it real quick, being a housewife isnt easy lol

  • If I could get a job making as much or more than him, I'd switch in a heartbeat. He deserves the chance to see her as much as I do. :-)
