  • Raisin Bran Crunch.
    Even my preschooler loves it.

There was one Kashi one I really liked, but I don't remember what it was.

  • Cereals made with refined white flour (special K and rice krispies to name a few) are not healthy cereals. They have less sugar than some others but you need whole grains or at least whole wheat flour to have a healthy cereal . Try Kashi Go Lean or Fiber One- Basic 4.

  • I really like a lot of the Kashi Cereals. My favorite is probably the blueberry cluster one. Hubby likes the Go Lean Crunch. The "Cheerios" one is pretty good too. It has heart shaped pieces in with the O's. Kashi is awesome!

Thier new cookies are great too!
