Adult acne-what do you use?

Im turning 29 in a few weeks and my skin has never been so bad. Im breaking out like crazy! I never even had acne as a teen and now i cant believe i have it. Ive tried everything..proactive only made me worse, skinId was too harsh, ive tried avon products and they work for about a month and then i break out again. im on the pill and about to switch to a different type..hoping that helps too. Do any of you suffer from this and what do you use on your skin?

  • acne is a medical condition that needs to be treated by a doctor and can't be fully treated topically.

You can reduce breakouts by changing your diet, (and trying a detox diet), and trying to eliminate stress in your life.

You can also try going in for a facial (they will tell you your skin condition and treat it as they see it).

Using foaming cleansers, and toners as well to help.

  • The CVS Acne treatment with benzoyl peroxide in it. The Mary Kary acne treatment works too but costs a lot more.
