Light or Dark?

Light or Dark chocolate? Im making cheesecake for a family get together and cant decide. Its a marble chocolate cheesecake with oreo crust. Thank you!!

  • Dark chocolate . For 2 reasons, It's heart healthy (as milk chocolate is more fatty) and it has a richer taste. :)

  • id do light choc since the crust is oreo which is darker in color. i think it will make the color of it nice with 2 diff browns.

  • and a lot of people dont like dark choc but more like milk choc. i cant stand dark choc and no one in my family does. ive only known like 2 ppl that like drk

  • I say light chocolate. I know dark is better for you, but so many people don't like it. I know I don't. It makes me nauseous every time I eat it, I don't know why.

  • For eating out of hand, dark chocolate but for most recipes I use either semi-sweet or bittersweet. I rarely use milk chocolate for baking or eating although I do like it with peanut butter or nuts in it.
