  • You can put them on a cookie sheet and freeze. Then put in bags or containers. You can eat frozen as a snack or use in smoothies or shakes. You can put them in muffins or cupcakes. I like them in cobbler. The Bisquick web site and cookbooks have good recipes.

  • What about blueberry pancakes and muffins. You can make them and freeze them. I have a recipe for blueberry cake as well.

  • Here's one I found last week and we LOVED it topped with ice cream! It's really sweet, I might cut back on the sugar next time.

    Blueberry Pudding Cake
    2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. fresh lemon juice (yeah, i didn't use this, it's optional)
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. softened butter
    Grease 8 inch square baking dish. Toss blueberries in the cinnamon and sprinkle with lemon juice. Spread blueberries evenly in the bottom of the baking dish. IN a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Stir in milk and softened butter. Spoon over the blueberries.
    Topping: 3/4 c. sugar, 1 Tbsp. cornstarch, 1 c. boiling water. Mix together sugar and cornstarch and stir into water until smooth. Slowly pour water over batter. DO NOT STIR.
    Bake in preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes, until cake tests d

  • The BEST Blueberry Muffins

    * 1 3/4 c. flour
    * 1 Tbsp. baking powder
    * 1 c. sugar
    * 1/2 tsp. salt
    * 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    * 1 c. milk
    * 1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, rolled in 1/4 c. flour

    Mix dry ingredients together. Stir in milk and margarine. Mix well. Fold in blueberries and the flour they're in. Fill muffin cups 1/2 to 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 22 to 25 minutes.

  • We also use blueberries in smoothies, atop oatmeal, to top off vanilla ice cream, and to eat frozen as a snack.

  • We make an easy blueberry cobbler, we also use them in smoothies every day, we make blue berrie ice cream withthem, put tem in muffins and breads and eat them in cereal and oatmeal. My fav is the cobbler though:)

  • We currently have about 8lbs of blueberries in the freezer - I freeze them (don't wash them first or they'll get nasty) when in season then use them later for jam, muffins, and smoothies - those are seriously the only 3 things we use them for.

  • Just adore them in scones. Also, blueberrys heaped on plain vanilla yoghurt. yum.
