  • Every one has a different blood pressure and you need to know your baseline in order to know if your BP now is higher or the same as your pre pregnant pressure.
    Normal (textbook) BP is 120/80 but that is based on a healthy individual. So, bring into that heart disease, increased weight, or a slew of many other health issues, and that can increase or decrease.
    Ask your doctor or nurse practitioner when you see them again as they would have your BP's from your previous visits.

  • That's very good! I'm jealous. I have really bad anxiety which makes mine go up a lot. Mine usually runs anywhere from 110/80 to 140/95 depending on what's going on with me at the time.
