Can some one explain this new stuff to be I've been off for a while, and am lost?

The bumps, votes etc. What are they for? What do they do? Any thing?

  • I know you get a certain amount of points for asking a question, 3 points for answering, and some for bumping and voting up. I don't really know the point to getting all these points but it's fun to answer some of the questions. Also, if you click on the buttons where it says your score or credits towards the top of the screen, it gives you explanations but they're kinda hard to understand. At least for it was like they were 'talking' in circles.

  • You earn points when you vote and bump people up. and they get points too. and after you reach level 16 you can post anon again. ...and ...yea. bumped questions are what makes questions "popular"

someone else might be able to explain it better.
