If a baby isn't a "baby" until they are born.....................

Then does the gestation matter at all? My DS was born at 23 week. It makes me sick to think people can still abort at that stage when my son survived and is perfectly healthy. How can you argue that is NOT MURDER?

  • Guess it depends on who you are talking to. As for me and my uterus, a baby is my baby as soon as the sperm hits my egg thank you!

  • Because murder is defined as the UNLAWFUL taking of someone's life. Abortion is legal, therefore having one, or a Dr. preforming one is not UNLAWFULLY taking that life.

Where it goes from there is all subjective, but from a legal standpoint, that's how it's argued.

  • anything is arguable so it does not matter what we do someone is going to be ok with it or not so on that note we make choices via good or bad and we deal with it. I do not care one way or the other what others think . We are american an we live with our choices.
