2 Bumps

ever heard of the "it is hot but it is the humidity that gets you" diet

seems mother nature has put me on this diet
I think just today i have lost five pounds of sweat

would really like to lose more

any ideas on how to make this NON air conditioned house any hotter???

i have as many points to vote up as the temperature, so keep the ideas coming

i plan to turn the oven on and cook a caaerole that takes four hours, any other bright ideas for my diet?

  • I think I just fainted! Um, wrap yourself in saranwrap then put on long underwear and build a fire?

  • Turn the water on in the tub as hot as it will go. Shut the bathroom door. Have a seat on the toilet and steam yourself silly. Turn off the water and sit in there as long as you can stand. Just before you pass out, leave the bathroom and maybe the rest of your house will feel cool for about 5.3 seconds.

Sorry. Just being silly. Your question made me LOL.

  • open the windows on one side of the house and leave the other closed so all the hot air comes in and has nowhere to go.

  • Well, you could just turn the heat on. :-)
Set your thermostat to 105 and see how long before it kicks off. :-)
Turn off all fans, open all curtains and blinds, but keep the windows closed. Can't be loosing any of that hot air. :-)
