Is there a quick workout I can do in 30 minutes a day that will target my whole body?

I have a very busy schedule and I want to hit all the areas of my body each work out.. I need a plan in 30 to 45 minutes a day, that will do that for me

  • my fav. exercise is when your in a push up pos. and u jump stright up in the air with arms up tword the sky then jump back down to a ush up.. but idk if it effects your WHOLE body arms abs legs, but i can t do it for 30 mn lol maybe 5 it gets tiring lol
