What do you give your baby if your going to be out of the house for long?

My baby just switched over to cow milk, but I was wondering what do we give him when we are out for a long period of time?

  • I have been giving my kiddo low/no sugar apple juice when we're out and about along with water.

  • 1/2 & 1/2 water & apple juice

Although I was still BFing as well, so that helped.

  • half water, half juice, or just water. You can also buy a pack of juice boxes/bottles to have on hand in the diaper bag.

  • I always take ice water. We don't drink juice and she only has milk in the morning and at night, so throughout the day, just water.

  • I pack it with an ice pack and also a cup of no sugar apple juice with water.

  • I used to pack a cup of milk with an ice pack in a insulated lunch bag, but I only had that problem when he was just transitioning from formula to milk, and was taking more then 2 bottles/cups of it a day. Now he just has two sippy cups full of it per day, one when he wakes up in the morning, and one at bedtime.
