  • I quit pretty much cold turkey after I tapered down. Wouldn't smoke at work...then wouldn't smoke in the car....then finally just quit. Although I did chew a lot of regular chewing gum. (Those patches made me itch, and the nicotine gum was just nasty)

  • Cold Turkey, but I don't plan on staying off cigarettes. As soon as I'm done BFing I plan to start again... I love it to much to give it up forever...

  • I've quit 3 times and they have all been cold turkey but I had a catalyst each time.  Twice I was in hospital recovering from surgery and once because I was pregnant.

  • Cold turkey. I stopped right after my 23rd bday so almost 1 year now. My step sons have breathing problems so I had to. Best desicon ever!
