Did you bleed after exam?

well my doctor checked to see if i was dialted yesterday and when i went home to use the potty i noticed a lil bleeding which was kinda brown and red. did she rupture my mucus plug or does this thing always happen when you get checked? btw im 36 weeks. thanks

  • It's normal to bleed a little after an exam, cause they are pushing on your cervix. I always had alittle blood after all my exams.

  • most doctors will tell you that you could bleed after an exam. Its normal. I did. Nothing to worry about unless you are rh-negative, if you are contact your dr. you'll need a shot of Rh immune globulin if you have vaginal spotting or bleeding unless you know for sure that the baby's father's blood is also Rh-negative or it's clear that the bleeding is not coming from the uterus. <<<<<< so nothing to worry about.>>>>>>>>
