  • hot bath, heating pad, long walk. I don't know what it is about moderate exercise, but it really does help. Get in the hottest bath you can stand until you can't stand it anymore. The goal is to be a little pinkish when you get out. Immediately get dressed and go walk the block. It will help.

  • i know people tell u not to drink caffeine, but drinking a hot cup of (homemade even) cappuccino or hot chocolate really helps me. if (on some rare occasions) that doesnt work then a pain killer

  • I lay down with a heating pad, or a microwaved towel. After about half an hour, I'll stick a bag of frozen peas on my belly. It helps. :-)
If you do this, just make sure you mark the frozen veggies so you don't cook them. Pulling them in and out of the freezer can make them go bad.

  • I like the heating pad. Also someone mentioned the big O. Yes - having an orgasim will help. Don't know why - but it feels so much better afterward! But if that's not gonna happen -then heating pad.
