  • lol. I really cannot stand the name Dwayne/Duane. Any really old-timey name is awful to me, too. Mildred, Harry, Bert, Eunice...

    My hubby's grandpa's name is Kimberly. I will never be using that! My grandma's name is Doris...I don't plan on carrying that on either!

  • Where I live, there was a family that gave their kids these first and middle names.
    A boy was named Adolf Hitler (first and middle name)
    His sister was named Aryan Nation (first and middle name)
    It sparked a big debate as to whether or not names can be forced to be changed. Apparently interviews with the press brought to light some negative parenting styles and the kids were taken by local Children and Youth Services.

  • I know a gal who works for Social services and one woman named her son Shithead..... yep that would be S-H-I-T-H-E-A-D pronounced shu' teed. They also had to talk one woman out of naming her daughter Gonorrhea....She thought it sounded pretty....until they told her it was an STD
