first, quit putting them in. processed foods with chemicals should be greatly reduced or eliminated as well as beauty products and cleaning products too.
second, like others said, drink lots of water, and you need to eat lots of green veggies too. eliminate or cut way back on dairy. eat organic meats if you can. avoid the dirty dozen fruits and veggies, or buy them organic.
third, exercise. slow walks and yoga are great!
Eliminate anything processed, if it doesn't look like mother nature makes it, don't put it in your mouth.
If you were a cave woman and you went into a modern day grocery store, what would you recognize as food? Fruits, veggies, nuts, grains, fish, etc. That's what your body will recognize as food, anything else gets stored as fat beacuse your body does not have any idea what to do with it.
