They don't even exist! I'm not into Twilight but I think that's a dumb argument against it.

The author of Twilight books took too many liberties in her interpretation of the Vampire which go against the very core of the mythology of the creature. In the eyes of some that is blasphemy and shows her lack of respect for the creature and the history behind it. Sometimes, there will come along an author who is a GREAT writer- such as Anne Rice, who will change the very fabric of the way we view Vampires. She was able to do this because of her descriptive writing talent. The author of Twilight writes like a 3rd grader... and because of that, her vision of what a Vampire is seems utterly ridiculous in the minds of some readers.
