  • walking and stretching are GREAT for when your pregnant....also continuing what you usually do already. they dont' recommend that you start a NEW exersize routine while pregnant...but you can continue what you usually do and lessen it if it becomes more of a challenge or it wears you out more later on in your pregnancy.

  • Of Course Honey.. Its not an illness. lol! jus seems like it some times. You may work as long as youre not having any complications or until the doctor say so. Of course no heavy lifting and playing around to wild...

  • Yes, but I would check with your Dr first on what he/she recommends. It really depends on how much you worked out before you were pregnant as to what you can safely do now.

  • yes ! BUT avoid exercise positions where your head is lower than your heart, for example downward dog in yoga AND avoid supine positions (any exercise performed while on your back)

also you heat up more quickly now and can overheat, so you want to limit your exercising to 30 mins...if you were previously a runner, you can continue to run, just no sprints, and shorter lengths...if you were not previously a runner, then don't start.....

those are your basic guidelines...hope that helps.....

  • anything you did before you were pregnant you can do while pregnant. i've been doing hard cardio, weight lifting, running, ab exercises all through my pregnancy. i'm 39 weeks now, no complications, perfectly healthy baby ready to come out at any time, and i'm in fantastic shape, i may have a huge belly but the rest of me is in fantastic shape. exercise is very important during pregnancy
